Pay and extras

 

o3e is committed to providing best in class pay to our events team and this will be regularly reviewed.

Out latest pay rates are as follows

• Bike Mechanic £150 per day
• Team Building Crew £150 per day
• Bike Mechanic Leader £175 per day
• Team Leader £225 per day

In addition

• Over 10 hours at the notional hourly rate up to a maximum of £50
• Overnight rate £50 plus the cost of accommodation and subsistence
• Driver bonus £40, if you are the team member driving the kit to the event and then working on the event.
• Refer a friend programme £50 after they have completed 5 events
• Refer a client programme £100 if they purchase an event
• Forme/Raleigh/Ridgeback bikes at cost price including electric
• Use of company vans for personal use (subject to availability and eligibility)
