Live Event Crew

o3e the leading Charity Team Building Company has opportunities to be part of our live and virtual event team.
Are you outgoing, enthusiastic, confident and fun. The role of our live crew can vary from event the one consistent thing is the ability to facilitate an aspect of one of our unique charity team challenges. You will be an integral part of a team and the role will enable the event to run smoothly. o3e operates all over the UK and have worked in Rome, Prague, Paris, Lisbon, Barcelona, Stockholm and Amsterdam.
We pay well above the living wage and all travel expenses including overnight allowances if the job requires. You will receive full training and support and there is an opportunity to progress to Team Leader or even a full-time role!
A typical event day looks something like this and is around 6 hours door to door.
- Meet in Southwick to join transport to the event or travel independently
- Meet on site approx 90 minutes before the event start time
- Team briefing followed by set up
- Clients join the event
- Event takes place for up to 2.5 hours – and we all have fun!
- Pack down
- Return Home
A virtual event is only 2 hours.
Game Builder/Designer
If you are someone who is just starting out in the industry. You love programming and helping the team around you to make an awesome game, then we want to hear from you.
We are currently recruiting, looking to add a game designer to our team to develop our licensed team build app. This is a position for someone who is social, hard-working and enjoy working in a team with other people and are passionate and dedicated about their work. Ideally you will have some mobile (IOS and/or Android) development experience (even if academic only) Very good written and spoken English, Be well organised and self motivated, creative and innovative, a good sense of humour and a desire to change the world for the better!

Please note this is a remote role currently and is on a rolling month to month contract.
Up to £2k per month.
Team/Room Leaders
We have opportunities for Team/Room Leaders to help us run our app based challenge. We pay a minimum of £13 per hour and up to £70 per session of around 1.5 hours. You will need to be comfortable on zoom and the use of an app. You will also have to have clear communications skills, really like people and are comfortable interacting with people you have never met before. The role will be to take participants through a series of questions gaining their answers and inputting their answers in to the app, full training will be provided.
You will need a reliable broadband connection, your own computer with camera, speakers and microphone and a smartphone. The ideal system is an iPhone/ipad and Mac as zoom works really well with apple equipment.
