Remote Team Building Challenges
Being remote does not mean you need to be virtual, practical hands on activities that reward the participant are a great way to engage your team and give back. Have a look at our remote team building challenges below...
With our creative remote team building challenge, transform your world into a colourful adventure in the comfort of your own home. An artistic challenge which creates bespoke positive pyjamas for children in need, whilst being a wonderful mindfulness activity.
Each participant will receive a full colour in kit. This includes a set of organic pyjamas and fabric pens right to their front door. Ready to get arty alongside their colleagues virtually.
The pyjamas will be donated to a charity of your choice. Recent donations have included to young children at Women’s refuge centres and to young parents through SHP.
OnBoard at Home
Bringing our creative OnBoard challenge into your homes! The beauty of a mindful and creative task which also delivers value to your community.
The challenge lasts for around 2 hours beginning with a presentation from your chosen charity. Creating an emotional bond with the charity focuses the teams and boosts engagement with the event and with team members.
This challenge focuses on the assembly and the creative artworking of skateboards. They then find new homes supporting the social inclusion of vulnerable groups, once lockdown is over.
Get A-Head Challenge
Our remote team building version of our Get A-Head challenge brings our creative funky headboard challenge into your own home!
Our original headboards have been split into 10 jigsaw pieces. Each of your team members will receive one piece along with a selection of artistic materials.
Team members each customise their piece creatively, before sending back to us. Where we will assemble your ‘big picture’ headboards.
The headboards along with a brand new mattress and bed will be delivered to a family in need.
Similar to our Get A-Head challenge, Charity Connect enables your team to get creative at home!
We will send them everything they need, a funky jungle jigsaw puzzle piece and a pack of acrylic pens. They’re now ready to artwork their pieces into a wonderful masterpiece.
Teams will need to work together to consider the “bigger picture” and ensure their colours match across the pieces, developing communication skills and teamwork.
Once finished, they just need to pop them back in the post to us (returns label provided) and we will deliver them to a local children’s centre. The jigsaws are currently being used as an activity to reconnect young children with their parents alongside the charity Barnardos.
