Charity team building for

A team event your people will still talk about next year.

  • We plan it around your team
  • Anywhere in the UK
  • A charity keeps what you build

Our happy clients include:

The things HR asks us first

  • Will everybody be able to take part? Yes. There is no fitness element, nothing that puts an individual on the spot, and every build has jobs that suit different people.
  • What do I get afterwards? Photographs, the donation figures and copy your team can post. Enough for internal comms, recruitment and your ESG reporting.
  • How much work is it for me? A headcount and a date is all we rely need. We bring the kit, the crew and the charity, we can find the space if you need us to and our team runs the session from the front.

Inclusion is a design decision, not a disclaimer

Our events are mixed ability by design. The quiet ones and the competitive ones both have a real job, and nobody ends up holding the instructions while other people do the interesting part. If somebody on your team is nervous about a hands on event, this is the kind of hands on event to give them.

Questions we get asked

Is it genuinely inclusive?

Yes, and it is designed that way rather than adapted afterwards. There is no fitness element, nothing that singles anybody out, and every build has jobs that suit methodical people and competitive people alike.

What can I share internally afterwards?

We send photographs, the number of units built, the charity that received them and the value donated, plus copy you can use directly in internal comms or on social.

How much of the organising falls to me?

A headcount, a date and a room. We arrange the kit, the crew and the charity, and we run the session, so you are a participant rather than the host.

How many people can take part?

Anywhere from six to two thousand. Smaller teams usually run one of our small group challenges, and very large groups run in waves so everybody builds something.

How long does it take?

Most events run between one and three hours. The short format builds fit inside a conference agenda and the full builds suit an away day.

Do we need a special venue?

No. Almost every event runs in a room you already have, whether that is your own office, a hotel function room or a conference space. We tell you exactly what the space needs when we quote.

What happens to what we build?

It is given to a charity, almost always on the same day. Wherever possible the charity comes and collects it in front of your team, which is the part people remember.

Tell us roughly what you have in mind.

A rough headcount and a rough date is enough to start. You get the prices first, and we only follow up if you want us to.
