Charity team building for

Charity team building for banks, funds and insurers.

  • 6 to 2000 people
  • Anywhere in the UK
  • A charity keeps what you build

Our happy clients include:

Our first client was an investment bank

In 2011 a bank built 34 bikes with us and handed them to Leaside Trust in East London. That was o3e's first event, and financial services has been our largest sector ever since.

Why it fits this industry

  • It produces evidence, not sentiment. Units built, charity named, value donated. Numbers that will appeal to your risk committee as well as your people.
  • It scales. We have run events for two thousand people at a single conference and for teams of eight in a meeting room.
  • It works for a competitive room. Several of our builds are timed and scored, which lands better with a trading floor than a trust exercise ever will.

Compliance and sign off

We are a certified B Corporation, we carry full Public Liability cover, and we can provide risk assessments and supplier documentation before you ask. Procurement rarely has a problem with our events.

Questions we get asked

Can you provide risk assessments and insurance documents?

Yes. We hold full public liability cover and can send risk assessments, method statements and our B Corp certification for your procurement or compliance team.

Do you work with trading floors and other competitive teams?

Regularly. Several of our builds are timed and scored, so the competitive element is real, and the thing being competed over still gets donated at the end.

How many people can take part?

Anywhere from six to two thousand. Smaller teams usually run one of our small group challenges, and very large groups run in waves so everybody builds something.

How long does it take?

Most events run between one and three hours. The short format builds fit inside a conference agenda and the full builds suit an away day.

Do we need a special venue?

No. Almost every event runs in a room you already have, whether that is your own office, a hotel function room or a conference space. We tell you exactly what the space needs when we quote.

What happens to what we build?

It is given to a charity, almost always on the same day. Wherever possible the charity comes and collects it in front of your team, which is the part people remember.

Tell us roughly what you have in mind.

A rough headcount and a rough date is enough to start. You get the prices first, and we only follow up if you want us to.
